1. General objective: Developing sustainable local strategies and actions for promoting the positive potential of the young generation in terms of employment and human capital.

Specific objective: Aims the elaboration of an action local plan for establishing a Center for Career Counseling and Guidance of the young generation aged 16-25 years, in order to facilitate their employment on labour market, their counseling, access to a database including the local social-economic situation, thus contributing to reducing labour migration and youth unemployment. This center will serve as a mediator between youth and education, local and business community.
