1. PROJECT’S PRESENTATION

The project’s general objective is represented, on one hand, by installing two networks, an internal and an external one, to ensure the information transmission between city hall and 11 budgeted centers and subordinated public services, and, on the other hand, by the implementation of IT&C systems (info-kiosk, hardware and software equipments) for ensuring the population’s access to the public interest information and informatics’ systems interoperability at back- office level. All these have as a final objective the improvement of the users’ access (subordinated budgetary centers, citizens, business environment) to the administrative services through electronic means, with real benefits for all those involved- users and public administration.

Specific objectives:

- Internal and external network that provides City Hall’s interconnection to the budgetary centers and subordinated public services in order to ensure the information transmission between them and to enhance the local public administration activities’ quality.  

• - specific internal management application for improving the performances with direct effect on reducing processing time of the diverse services
• - functional info-kiosk type system and its interconnection with the existent City Hall’s website, with effect on reducing access time to public interest information and answer time to economic agents and citizens’ problems
• - extended web portal
• - completion of the personnel training and the training report
• - functional hardware equipments as follows: 50 computers, 4 servers, 1 info-kiosk, 1 plotter, 2 projectors, 5 switchers, 48 ports
• - functional software equipments as follows: 1 application for internal management, 1 info-kiosk information system, 57 operating system licenses, 50 Office licenses, 50 antivirus licenses,  1 graphical application license.

2.PROJECT’S VALUE:

-  The total value of the project is:            3.403.786,36 lei  from which:

-  Non-reimbursable financial assistance:   1.729.684,62 lei

-  Co- financing                                          190.255,38 lei

The difference of 1.483.846,36 lei is represented by the non-eligible costs and VAT of the project’s total value.
