1. PROJECT’S PRESENTATION

The project’s general objective is improving the quality and efficiency of the services provided by the public administration in Tirgu- Mures Municipality, by reducing the delivery time of the public services in urbanism and zoning field, respectively urbanism documentation issues and endorsements such as PUZ, PUD, as a result of citizens and institutions’ requests.

Specific objectives:

- strengthening administrative capacity in terms of quality management, timeliness in delivering public services within the Chief Architect Direction.

- development of modern and close to citizens public services within Chief Architect Direction in Tirgu-Mures Municipality, by implementing information technologies, endowments’ modernization, and also training and qualifying the public officers in order to reduce time delivery of public services. These targets can be achieved by:

- creating an accurate and updated information support to facilitate fast and endorsed decisions at strategic management level of the municipality;

- creating a unitary information system to automate the daily workflows that imply accessing or generating the geospatial information at institutional level;

- collecting all the urban data managed by the local public administration in Tirgu Mures in a unique data bank, named Geospatial Data Bank (GDB)

2. PROJECT’S VALUE:

·        The total value of the project is:                 1.200.000,00 lei  from which:

·        Non-reimbursable financial assistance:       1.176.000,00 lei

·        Co- financing                                                24.000,00 lei
